VP of E-Commerce
Creative Allies is changing the way merchandise is designed and sold. At CreativeAllies.com designers from around the world come to participate in design challenges for the biggest bands, brands, movies, tv shows, music festivals and celebrities in the world. We are looking for an executive to lead our new endeavor - selling merchandise designed by fans. If you have experience selling branded merchandise and running an e-commerce site, join us. The VP of E-Commerce is an operational role responsible for driving continuous revenue growth from sales on CreativeAllies.com. He or she will have P&L responsibility and directly oversee all aspects of the ecommerce activity on our website including: Strategic planning, revenue, forecasting & reporting, product development, store operations, infrastructure, client relations, marketing, promotion, fulfilment and customer service. The VP of E-Commerce must be detail oriented and extremely organized. He or she will lead five to seven team members within our company and report directly to the CEO and senior executives.

Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of the online store business
- Create, plan, and implement sales and marketing strategy
- Partner with senior team to identify opportunities for online revenue and brand growth
- Develop, maintain and implement a product road map and roll out strategy
- Demonstrate strong management skills to oversee our retail and community team
- Reach sales targets and increase profitability
- Communicate weekly, monthly and annual reports to the senior team
- Establish and manage supplier relationships
- Insure timely delivery of product information, product samples, and inventory
- Develop new store-related services
- Manage collaborative efforts with other merchandise companies
- Develop and manage relationships with band clients
- Leverage band relationships to drive revenue and distribution for CA products
- Oversee all aspects of marketing strategy and execution that drive store sales (SEO, display marketing, email marketing and social media)
- Ongoing optimization of marketing campaigns
Job Requirements:
- BA/BS in marketing/business, or related degree
- 5+ years in entertainment licensing and merchandising business
- Understanding of the design community and crowd sourcing business model
- Experience executing and overseeing marketing campaigns
- Experience managing a team.
- Knowledge of online marketing trends, analytics, and emerging tactics
- Proven ability to improve ROI
- A passion for music, social media, graphic design and the arts is a plus

Junior Web Programmer
Creative Allies is looking for a talented developer to help us build new products and features.
This is a job for a junior Ruby programmer with a good sense of design and experience integrating into the Facebook social graph. You will be joining an existing team of developers and will become a key member of the team to help grow and maintain our exciting product. This is a start-up company; expect long hours, a fast pace and a lot of fun. You must be a motivated problem solver with an entrepreneurial attitude willing to wear different hats.

Required Skills:
- Experience with the Ruby programming language and the Rails framework
- Client-side JavaScript code with an emphasis on jQuery
- CSS3
- Facebook application development and OpenGraph integration
- Comfortable working with 3rd party API's
- You stay on top of web design trends and techniques because you genuinely enjoy it
Desired Skils:
- Kick-ass programming skills
- Comfortable with both Test and Behavior driven development
- HTML 5 Experience
- PostgreSQL
- Comfort working at all levels of a busy and growing web site
- Good writing skills
- Email, SMTP, and bulk sending
- Statistics, data mining, and map/reduce

Retail Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a motivated person to help with the day-to-day operations of our online store and to serve our customers. Every product we sell is designed by a member of our ever expanding design community.
You must be passionate about music, design and social media and enjoy serving and building relationships with our great customers. You must be a motivated problem solver with an entrepreneurial attitude willing to wear different hats. This is a start-up company; expect long hours and a fast pace. Compensation: Entry Level Salary and Stock Options
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operations of the online store
- Input and edit product information and inventory
- Work with vendors to insure that new orders are fulfilled
- Take incoming customer phone calls and emails
- Process returns and coordinate refunds and exchanges
- Work with creative department to prepare new products for the store
- Communicate updates to management team on sales and success
- Generate weekly sales reports
- Assist with marketing to promote store sales
- Develop and execute promotions with key bands
- Create, plan and manage a store marketing and promotion calendar
Job Requirements:
- BA/BS in marketing/business or related degree
- Experience working in e-commerce and retail sales
- Self starter and able to work independently on multiple projects
- Great writing and phone skills
