Design an official logo for The Year Of The Doors to celebrate a series of new releases in 2012 from The Doors. Be inspired to create a logo that represents the band and incorporates the original Doors logo. Develop a clean and simple logo design that is as iconic as the band itself. 2012 proves to be an exciting year for the Doors with a series of new releases. The 40th Anniversary Edition of L.A. Woman will be released, in addition to a documentary about the recording of the original album, Mr. Mojo Risin’ on January 24. On February 16, Hyundai Velostar will present Re:Generation, in which Skrillex teamed up with members of The Doors to write new music. Several iconic concerts from the band will be released in the Spring and Summer, as well as an incredible app surveying the history of the band which will be available from Rhino Entertainment in the Fall. January 27 Contest Update: Please avoid using images of Jim Morrison and the Doors in your design. Creative Allies has been notified by the Doors estate that logos that do not feature the likenesses of the band are more likely to win. You are welcome to resubmit updated versions of designs that you have submitted that include likenesses. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
